Please accept this letter as a testimonial for the invaluable part
that Eyewitness Video Service played in the discovery and mediation
process of a case our firm recently litigated. I had contacted Eyewitness
with an unusual request. We needed a day-in-the-life documentary
including a before and after portion of our client to support the
proof of damages. Eyewitness Video put together a full-service team
and worked with the attorneys to make sure they captured exactly
what we were after. They did that -and more.

The videotaping of vital information by a professional, disinterested
third party is a most effective method of preserving testimony or reconstructing
an event when building a successful case. All depositions are digitally
recorded with simultaneous VHS back up recording. We always provide the
stenographic court reporter with a complete set of stereo audio tapes
of the entire deposition. Deposition includes DVD or VHS format. Mpeg
1 format available for an additional fee.
Eyewitness Video Service also specializes in both the preservation and
presentation of visual evidence. One impactful method of demonstrating
physical impairment as a damages issue is through the Day-in-the-Life
video. Our directors and equipment are minimally invasive and we are committed
to preserving the dignity and privacy of each client we photogragh. We
provide the jury documentation of what they themselves would see if they
were to spend a day with your client. A 10 to 20 minute video can create
a lasting and vivid impression on a jury. One that can benefit your client
immeasurably in the future. All Day-in-the-Life videos include two digital
cameras and two technicians (a director and an assistant). They can include
daily activities as well as therapy sessions with the client. These videos
also include professional editing that can begin with video footage of
the client before the incident combined with the video shot by our professional
technicians.
